At AiZappo, we strive to provide the best SIM management service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

Subscription Services

Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new users to test our platform:

  • Trial duration: 14 days from account creation
  • Full access to all features during trial
  • No credit card required for trial
  • Cancel anytime during trial with no charges

Paid Subscriptions

Once you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed on a monthly basis
  • Annual subscriptions: Billed annually with discount
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled before billing cycle
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation

Refund Eligibility

✓ Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not as described (within 7 days of initial subscription)
  • Accidental purchases (within 24 hours)
  • Platform downtime exceeding our service level agreement

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after 7 days of subscription
  • Unused portion of subscription after cancellation
  • Violation of Terms of Service leading to account termination
  • Third-party service fees (SIM card carriers, payment processors)
  • Renewals after the first billing cycle

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email us at info@aizappo.com or use our contact form
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for refund
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Decision: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
  5. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Access Retention: You retain access to all features until the end of the paid period
  • Data Export: Export all your data before cancellation (available for 30 days post-cancellation)
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your account anytime within 60 days without data loss

Prorated Refunds

We generally do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. However, exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • Extended service outages (more than 3 days)
  • Critical features unavailable for extended periods
  • Data loss due to platform issues (with proper verification)
  • Account termination by AiZappo due to our error

Billing Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error:

  2. Provide transaction details and explanation
  3. We will investigate within 48 hours
  4. Billing errors will be corrected and refunded promptly

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a unique circumstance not covered by this policy, please contact our support team. We review each case individually and may make exceptions at our discretion.

Examples include: medical emergencies, natural disasters affecting service access, or significant life events.

Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. If your payment was processed in a different currency than your local currency, the refund amount may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences between the time of purchase and refund.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
